Things to Know
Hey Babes! I want to provide the most personalized and seamless experience for you; but in order to do that, I need a little information before we get started. A Client Intake form is required to be submitted by all clients alongside booking.

All braided styles include the hair I provide in the pricing. I provide 4 different colors: #1, #1b, #2, and #4. You can select one of those four when booking your preferred hairstyle. If you want a different color that is not provided, you must bring your own or select "Other Color" when booking and specify the color in the Client Intake Form.

Hair must be at least 4 inches all around the head for all hairstyles. Please come with hair thoroughly washed and blow dried with no excess oils.
If you have any hair loss, or your edges are very damaged, please indicate in your Client Intake form. BLUNT CUTS and PERMED HAIR must be approved by Jackie first. Blunt ends need to be indicated in Intake Form with an image upload attached.
BraidsbyJackiee only provides human hair for Boho styles at an additional cost. Please see "Bundles' tab. If you prefer other hair types for your Boho style, you must bring your own Boho hair to the appointment. If you would like your Boho to NOT be human hair at MY cost, you must provide your own hair.
Bookings are NOT automatically accepted. Bookings are manually accepted or declined by Jackie. Allow to 24 hours for bookings to be accepted or declined.
A $100 deposit is required to secure an appointment. Deposits are deducted from the total balance of services. Deposits are non-refundable. There is a cancellation fee of $50, not including the forfeit deposit. Rescheduling is contingent on availability. You cannot reschedule more than ONCE with the SAME deposit. Failure to pay the cancellation fee within 1 business day will result in refusal of future services. If in any case there is a booking error and you are overcharged for services, Jackie will review the booking and discern wither a refund is applicable. All refunds will be distributed via the original payment method. Allow 5-10 business days for payment to be received.
You can reschedule up to 48 hours prior to original appointment time. You can cancel up to 48 hours of the original appointment time to avoid the cancellation fee, but you do forfeit your deposit. Same day cancellations will incur a charge of 50% of service amount.
Please communicate if running late. No Call No Shows will result in the inability to book future appointments, and incur a charge of 75% of service amount. There is a starting fee of $40 for scheduling outside of my availability, depending on the braiding style.
TERMS + CONDITIONS
"I understand that my deposit is non-refundable if service is not rendered. I understand that if I decide to change my style after booking, accommodations depend on the style choice. I understand that if my regular hairstyle of choice is straight, then that can affect the longevity and outcome of the braid style. I understand that if my ends are dry and brittle, then they will affect the outcome of the style."
ALL customers will be asked to accept this upon booking.
PRODUCT FULFILLMENT
Any bundle bought with BraidsbyJackiee will not be shipped but distributed to you upon arrival to your appointment. If your booking is declined, cancelled or rescheduled, you will receive a refund for the bundles. Bundle requests are fulfilled upon availability and as I cannot ensure that I will have hair on hand for your rescheduled appointment, a return for the product is necessary. You will receive a refund via the original payment method.
